Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Please note: During product drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

Above All is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
